Verity Instruments - Carrollton, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Tri-Tex Construction - Dallas, TX For this project we will be adding about 18,000 sf of enclosed space to the existing building. Our work on this addition will include erection of the concrete tilt panels, provision and installation of structural steel provided by Staley Steel of Pilot Point, TX, roof purlins, sheeting and trim provided by MBCI of Houston, TX. Once the first phase of construction is complete and the owner has moved into the new space, we will then move into the existing building to create new oval entries on the tilt panels structure, install a new 2nd floor area, new curved Monument Stairs and will install structure for the addition of 10 new roof top units.
Armed Forces Reserve Center - Seagoville, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Walton Constructors - Dallas, TX This expansion for the Corps of Engineers has been designed by Carter Burgess Architects and is located in Seagoville, TX. The project will include the addition of three Metal Buildings provided by United Structures of America. The three buildings include the 26,813 sf Heated Storage building, the 17,171 sf OMS Buildings and the 576 sf Equipment Building. Additionally, we will be providing and erecting the structural steel for the 60,181 sf Training/Administrative Building. The structural steel is fabricated and supplied by Staley Steel in Pilot Point, TX. Work on this project should begin in early March and will be completed by August of 2008. Lewisville Law Enforcement Center - Lewisville, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Ridgemont Commercial Construction - Irving, TX Filling out the balance of the Law Enforcement Center Complex will be a 16,000 sf jail facility. The first floor will be CMU and Concrete plank construction. We will provide all framing, sheeting and trim for the second floor. The project will be a challenge in that there is very little room between the new construction and the existing buildings on either side. The PEMB materials are being provided by Ceco Building Systems and the project will begin in mid-April.
Arledge Suzuki - Hickory Creek, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: ICS Commercial, L. P., Dallas, TX For this project we will be adding approximately 16,000 sf of United Structures of America PEMB structure, sheeting and trim to add a Covered Service Area, Service Bays, additional Office Areas and a 3 Wash Bays to an existing, recently remodeled Showroom.
Weatherford Warehouse - Longview, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Ridgemont Commercial Construction ., Irving, TX This project will consist of 67,500 sf of manufacturing/warehouse space with a 7,560 sf Lean-to Office Area attached. Separately we will be providing a 3,000 sf Office Area to an existing building.
Materials are being provided by Ceco Building Systems and will include Standing Seam Roof Panels, MAP Wall Panels and CecoRoc Wall Panels. Material should be delivered in mid-October and erection should begin immediately.
