Verity Instruments - Carrollton, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Tri-Tex Construction - Dallas, TX For this project we will be adding about 18,000 sf of enclosed space to the existing building. Our work on this addition will include erection of the concrete tilt panels, provision and installation of structural steel provided by Staley Steel of Pilot Point, TX, roof purlins, sheeting and trim provided by MBCI of Houston, TX. Once the first phase of construction is complete and the owner has moved into the new space, we will then move into the existing building to create new oval entries on the tilt panels structure, install a new 2nd floor area, new curved Monument Stairs and will install structure for the addition of 10 new roof top units.
Weatherford Warehouse - Longview, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Ridgemont Commercial Construction ., Irving, TX This project will consist of 67,500 sf of manufacturing/warehouse space with a 7,560 sf Lean-to Office Area attached. Separately we will be providing a 3,000 sf Office Area to an existing building. Materials are being provided by Ceco Building Systems and will include Standing Seam Roof Panels, MAP Wall Panels and CecoRoc Wall Panels. Material should be delivered in mid-October and erection should begin immediately.
Highland Park Multipurpose Facility - Highland Park, TX (click on Link to view pictures) Contractor: Adolfson & Peterson Construction We are pleased to have the opportunity of working with Adolfson & Peterson on this addition to the Highland Park Independent School District main campus. The project will consist of approximately 58,000 sf of indoor practice facility, completely covered with artificial turf. The height of the peak of this building is nearly 44 foot above the practice surface, allowing for practice of many sports typically restricted to practicing out of doors. Materials are being provided by Nucor Building Systems and will include CFR Standing Seam Roof Panels. Material should be delivered in mid-October and the accelerated erection schedule calls for having this building completely erected and roofed before Thanksgiving.
